Douglas Rubino is one of the founders of National Contractors Insurance Company, Inc., a Risk Retention Group (“NCIC”). Mr. Rubino has served NCIC as its President and Chairman of the Board of Directors since its inception in 2005. Mr. Rubino graduated from Claremont McKenna College, Claremont, California, with a B.A. in Economics/Accounting. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California.  Mr. Rubino is a licensed attorney in California, and has spent more than a decade representing contractors, developers and artisans in construction defect litigation matters. Len Eastwood is one of the founders of National Contractors Insurance Company, Inc., a Risk Retention Group (“NCIC”). Mr. Eastwood has served as a program and marketing advisor to NCIC since its inception in 2005. Mr. Eastwood is a graduate of American University in Paris, France with a B.A. in International Economics. He has been involved in the banking and insurance industries for over 25 years and has held a wide variety of management and senior positions.

Stephanie H. Shear is one of the founders of National Contractors Insurance Company, Inc., a Risk Retention Group (“NCIC”). Ms. Shear has served NCIC as its Vice President and as one of its directors since NCIC’s inception in 2005. Ms. Shear is also the President of Contractor Managing General Insurance Agency, Inc., the managing general underwriter for NCIC since the company’s inception.  Ms. Shear graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge with a B.S. in Finance and has worked in the insurance industry in a variety of management positions for over 30 years.
